Thanks for downloading Commotion™1.5.4! This is the next patch that has been released after 1.5.2.
There are two versions of the patch available to download for your convenience. One takes you from 1.5->1.5.4, the other goes from 1.5.2->1.5.4.
Feature Additions:
•SuperClone Overlay Adjustable Opacity - Now found in the tool options pallette.
•Applying tracked data to SuperClone sources now obeys the Master clip for the tracked data, and accepts clips with different frame ranges (so it can be applied to a one frame clean plate).
•The “delete” key now works for keyframes in the rotospline curve editor.
Fixes:
•Roto tools more senstive when zoomed in.
•Rotospline groups, and rotospline renders, now remember their last name after being saved.
•"Save" is now activated after moving or pasting a selection.
•Subpixel "halos" gone from selections when zoomed in.
•Memory error making selections with the marquee tool when zoomed in.
•Clearing after moving a selection no longer clears the outside of the selection.
•Open “as QuickTime” movies will no longer play if open in background when spacebar is pressed.
•Using Shift key with Movie to Live clip now sets out frame correctly.
•Low memory problem with superclone overlay after applying tracked data has been fixed.
•If you had an empty path (a spline with no points) as first in your list of shapes, Commotion would not let you render to disk. This is now fixed.
•Problems with numbered files and performing a "Save As" - where it was moving the Live Frame range to the beginning of the clip, thus making the frames out of order with numbered file clips, has been fixed.
•Some rotospline memory problems cleaned up.
•Wire removal tool no longer causes multicolored pixels when noise is checked.
•Memory leak adding to a selection with magic wand has been fixed.
•Animation Timing has been updated and now spools to disk properly (allowing for clips to be made in low memory situations).
•When opening a subwindow that reached the bottom of the frame with a film res clip, the bottom few pixels of the image were being cropped. This is now fixed.
